The ReShell™ is an air driven mechanical cartridge, which is rapidly recharged via its fully enclosed CADS unit using HPA or Co2. The cartridge payloads are made from lightweight materials such as polymer and press fit by hand, mitigating preparation time and material costs. The system operates using a standard paintball bottle with an output pressure of 800 psi, this keeps the velocity under 500 fps reducing the risk of property damage and physical harm to the user and others. This cartridge provides access to the user to use their firearm in more dynamic ways.

Streamlined Reservoir
The ReShell CADS unit incorporates an enclosed charging chamber which rapidly fills the cartridge with air. This design has been simplified to increase its lifespan, improve its ergonomics and to provide a safer tool for the user as the device is pressure rated. The external profile has been kept stream lined and is built out of stainless steel in order to improve not only its durability but also the charger’s form factor to allow for single handed operation.

What propellants do I charge the ReShell with?
The CADS system is compatible with Co2, N2 or HPA, High Pressure Air and Nitrogen are least affected by external factors such as changes in temperature, Co2 is an easily found off the shelf product which can be attained worldwide.
Are there payload limitations?
The ReShell cartridge operates below 1000 psi, in contrast, a standard shotshell potentially generates over 10000 psi. ReShell is a training product meant to be loaded with payloads which are made of light materials such as Polymers, Light alloys or Wax, that generally weigh less than five grams.
Where does the ReShell fit into training?
A five gram polymer round, travelin gunder 500 fps, meeting accurate placement at 30 yards, are all factors which help the ReShell cartridge mitigate injury and property damage, this piece of mind will help the user perform in a dynamic environment.currently the ReShell cartridge is a target only training product.
Is the ReShell compatible with any 12 gauge shotgun?
Our cartridge is designed to function with any standard manual or semi automatic action chambered for a 3” 12 gauge shotshell. That being said, the cartridge will not cycle an automati caction, most automatic shotguns will need over 8000 psi to cycle its action. The ReShell will require a manual manipulation of the bolt assembly, as one would with less than lethal ammunition or light loads.
Is it safe to use the ReShell as a self defense aid or a wildlife deterrent?
The important point to realize here is that pointing a firearm at either a human or other animal will have legal consequences regardless of what action follows. In its current form, The ReShell doesn’t deem a firearm safe, regardless of the data and or the potential outcome. In the field, most governments require firearms to be converted or designated prior to being used in force on force training or less lethal applications.
What scenario is the ReShell developed for?
The Reshell opens up the opportunity to implement a physical component to the smokeless range. With increased ammo prices and logistical challenges creating barriers for certain gun owners, The recharable cartridge bridges the gap with its light weight, low cost ammunition substitute, which allows the user to run tactical firing drills, on thier own property.
